Chap2:" The Attack of the Serpent "
Draco Malfoy and his lackeys were all sitting at the Slytherin table, laughing at everyone at the great hall, teasing some of their fellow students of their robes or hair or facial features, in Draco's case his favorite trio that just walked by and sat in the Gryffindor's table.
Harry, Ron and Hermione just came from herbology, Hermione had a speck of dirt on her nose but harry and Ron were covered with dirt and sweat.
Draco just tsk tsk at their appearance and he walked up to them, just to let them know how disgusting they look.
"My My, didn't your mothers ever teach you, it's fowl not to clean up after yourself, oops I forgot, potter doesn't have a mother, weasel's mum is always covered in dirt and slime, so I guess you never heard something called a bath and you Granger are a mudblood, nuff said."
He took a napkin from their table and wipe her nose, he gave it to her and lean down to whisper to Hermione, he handed her a letter.
" My father has given this letter to me to give to you." he winked at her and left the table before Ron can do something to him.
"What the bloody hell was that about , mione" Ron said furious at how Draco had a little friendly moment with Hermione.
Hermione was busy reading the note to answer right away and when she finished she started shaking a bit.
Granger,
My gift to you is at my office, come inside if you dare and see what it is.

"I don't know, he's been acting very weird as of late." Flashbacks of what happened last night with Draco's father she didn't forget and still can't.
( What if he meant what he said about raping me, oh I don't know what to do)
A hand wave by her face before she noticed that Ron was trying to get her attention, she snapped out of it before she could answer his question.
"Yes Ron, I'm OK, I was just out of it and to answer your question, no Draco didn't threaten me but it's just an eerie feeling being around him and the fact that I have to spend time around professor Malfoy everyday until Sunday, makes me a bit unnerve at the ideal of it, that's why I'm a bit jumpy today is all."
"I don't blame you Hermione, who wouldn't be bothered to be around that slimy, evil death eater ponce, I feel sorry for you Hermy." Harry said.

Walking in the same cold fearful place she was last night, Hermione step further inside the dark office.
She looked around the room for the professor and couldn't find him.
( Oh dear Merlin, what am I to do?, what if he grabs me and rapes me like he warned me about? , what if it's worse then that?.)
She took a deep breath and closed her eyes for abit and when she did out pops Lucius from the fireplace.
She placed her hand at her heart from beating out of her chest because he scared her out of her wits.
He is there with a smirk on his face and wearing only silk black pants, he's topless and for the first time, Hermione saw what he look like with no shirt on, for a man his age he had a well toned ripped chest and arms, he sat on his chair by his table with a small box on his hands.
" About bloody time you showed up Granger, I thought for a second you would chicken out, how very Un-Gryffindor like of you."
"What do you want professor?"
"Now Now, please sit , it's not polite to insult the teacher, when I had graciously bought you a gift, so we can let bygones be bygones and let the past stay at the past." he pointed at the chair behind his desk motioning her to sit down, she did as he ask and waited for the next move of his.
"Here take this gift as a token of friendship." he gave her the box and she took it but didn't open it.
"Professor malfoy, level with me, why are you all of a sudden being nice to me, what is your motive in all this?, if I open this will it blow up on me or suck me inside it huh?, what's the catch? professor."
He put his hand at his heart as if wounded by her accusation before he answered her.
"Granger, you've offended me, all I wanted is to be friends is all, nothing more and nothing less."
"Really, then why last night you threaten to rape me if I wasn't kind to you and the Slytherins?."
" Oh please, I was only trying to scare you is all , I would never lay a hand on your pretty features, I just love making you shake with fear, it's such a turn on anyway open the box before we age of boredom."
Hermione look at him for awhile before she slowly open the box , inside look to be two worn sliver bracelets, she put the box down on her lap and took out the bracelets, they were a little heavy and hard.
"You didn't have to do this professor, they seem important, do they do something?."
"Nothing but the best for Granger and yes they do something very special."
Before Hermione knew what was gonna happen, Lucius cast the Imperius Curse on her, she felt this sharp pain and all went blank in her mind.
He command her to follow him to his bedroom and when they got there,she heard this voice telling her to lie down, it took awhile for her to obey but she did, he took her wand and put it on top of his drawer, then took her arms and put them over her head, he took one of the bracelets and put it on her left wrist, then wrapped it around the headboard and then took the other one and put it on her right wrist, a yellow power source chain connected both bracelets like one of those muggle handcuffs the muggle police use to arrest criminals.
He removed the spell from her and she was back to normal but surprised by her situation.
She look up to see that her arms were tied together to the pole of the headboard, she started to panic and tossed and turned trying to get loose but only hurting her wrists by doing so.
She turned her gaze at him who was standing there, smirking with delight.
"MR. MALFOY, WHAT THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?, RELEASE ME OR SUFFER A LOT OF PAIN WHEN I GET FREE, LET ME GO OR I'LL TELL DUMBLEDORE AND HAVE YOUR ARSE OUTTA OF HERE."
" Hm, I just don't see that happening anything soon, I see you and me having hot wild sex and you screaming my name over and over again."
He cast another spell on Hermione's legs to spread them wide then cast another spell for a magic rope to tie them and keep them there on the bedpost before Hermione could do anything he cast the last spell that ripped all her clothes in a swift.
Laying there completely naked and scare, Hermione scream again hoping for someone to save her.
" Scream all you want Granger, I cast a silence spell in this room, so no one can hear us and I also locked the door with magic, so nobody can interfere with our fun ,by the way Granger I never knew you have such a beautiful body."
He touched her breasts and pinch her nipples, kneading them in between his pointed finger and thumb causing her to lift her body off the bed for a second before laying back down again.
"Nice very nice, their soft and full I bet they taste good."

She had many tears cascade down her face and she nodded a yes to him but that wasn't good enough for him and he was furious she didn't speak her answer that he slapped her on her face.

"Y...Yes professor."
He hit her again only he punched her this time and ask her again.
"You are to address me in private as master not professor, is that understood?, now repeated your answer with the right words."
"Yes master."
"Good slut, now get your clothes and your wand and get out of my face before you get something worse then a few hits."
Hermione grabbed her clothes and wand and tried to walk faster out the door, when she got out, she changed into her clothes and walked down the hall slowly grabbing the walls for support, tears all over her face, when she finally got to the fat lady portrait, the fat lady look at her with disgusted at her appearance.
"Honey, your never gonna get the boys with the way you look."
Hermione ignored her and said the password, when she entered the room, thankfully no one was there, she walked faster to the girl's corridor and opened her drawer and grabbed her pink pj's and went to the bathroom and took a hot shower and let all her emotions come out and cried painstakingly and crumbled to the floor, she grabbed her knees rocking front and back, unable to believe she was raped by Lucius Malfoy.
