A/N: This as you tell is a Cinderella/ Harry Potter type of thing expect some twist and turn to both stories.
This fanfic is about Hermione and Draco who I love them and love reading them in fanfics.

Prologue" Once upon a time "




In the Great Hall the great wizard and headmaster of the castle Hogwarts is about to tell the students something very important that will change their lives.
He stood there looking at all of them, talking about their futures when they leave this school, what happens during their war with Voldemort and his Deatheaters.
He let the bomb drop with just one sentence.
"We have a substitute for Professor Snape for just three days until he comes back from an errand, so the person who will be taking over....
Before he could finish his sentence, there was screams of happiness and excitement from three of the school houses except Slytherin who booed and hissed, Dumbledore had to shouted louder for them to hear the rest.
...... IS....
The doors of the great hall burst opened and standing there in his black cloak is a man with long straight silver white hair and a silver snake cane on his hand.
He strolled down the hall , through the tables of Gryffindor and slytherin and straight to the professors table and sat down next to Hagrid.
...Lucius Malfoy."
There wasn't a sound heard anywhere in that room not even the breathing of their lungs could be heard.
Draco and Harry both stood up together and walked up to the table, Harry went to Dumbledore and Draco went to his father.

"Professor, what the bloody hell is he doing here? after all he did to me and everyone else, your going to allow him to teach here?, are you insane?"Harry shouted at him.

"POTTER , I'm surprise at you!"Professor McGonagall she yelled.

Dumbledore laid his hand on her shoulder to stop her from taking away points from gryffindor.
"Tis alright Minvera, Harry has every right to be upset for what he's been through but Harry Lucius is here because Fudge wishes it so, as much as I hate it I have no choice."

"What is Fudge playing at? did he forget that he's a bleeding death eater."

"He seems to think that Lucius change his ways and he's on our side."

"Yeah right " Muttered Mcgonagall and Hagrid together.
Draco turned to his father."Is this true father?"

"Of course my son , I hated being part one of Voldemort's lapdog so I left and now I want to be apart of this amazing team and I hope Potter that you can forgive me for my past deeds."
Lucius stood up and took his hand out for Harry to shake his hand but Harry push his hand away from him , he grabbed the collar of his robe and pulled Lucius close to him.
"You may fool that brainless git Fudge but I will never believe you've change and mark my words I'll keep an eye on you and when you fuck up, I'll be there to enjoy your demise personally."

"Get your disfigure face away from my father,NOW!"Harry felt Draco's wand at his neck , poking him very hard.
Hermione and Ron ran to his defense but he motioned them not to do anything.
Harry released Lucius from his grip and Lucius gave him a sneering smirk before he sat down.
Draco removed his wand from Harry and back off , Hermione and Ron grabbed Harry before he could pounce on Draco.
"Ignore him Harry he's not worth it let's just leave alright, let's go to our common room and hang out, come on."Hermione said and with the help of Ron walked Harry away from the table and they headed to the door but not before Draco and his father had something to say about it.
"Never knew you care about me, my sweet."Draco said.

"Nice to know it takes your slut to protect you , Potter."Lucius said.
Without so much as a turn , Hermione, Ron and Harry keep walking completely obvious to anyone around them and close the door behind them.



A/N: It's going to get a lot more darker in the next few chapters.
